University of Ruhuna, Mastering Blockchain Technology & Building on Cardano Workshop Series | Workshop 1

CoinCeylon x Intersect Sri Lanka Hub, proudly launched the “Mastering Blockchain Technology & Building on Cardano” workshop series at the University of Ruhuna — one of Sri Lanka’s largest government universities.

A Powerful Start at the University of Ruhuna

The first session of this four-week, 2-hour workshop series saw a full house at the Engineering Faculty, where students were introduced to blockchain fundamentals, Cardano’s architecture, and real-world use cases. The enthusiasm, energy, and curiosity of the students were truly inspiring, setting a strong tone for the sessions to follow.

This series aims to empower students with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in the blockchain space, preparing them for innovation and engagement within the Cardano ecosystem and broader Web3 industry.

Special thanks to the University of Ruhuna and its Faculty of Engineering for hosting and supporting this educational initiative, helping to shape the future of blockchain professionals in Sri Lanka.

We’re excited to continue this journey over the coming weeks with more sessions and deeper dives into Cardano, smart contracts, wallets, governance, and blockchain development. Stay tuned for more photos and updates from the series!
